Nutritional Analysis and Counseling
The first form comprises of 345 symptoms. You grade each symptom from 0-5, zero meaning you never get it and five meaning you get it all the time or severely. The next form is a Lifestyle Assessment form. In this form you are asked questions pertaining to your health concerns, stress, foods you eat, hereditary factors, exercise regime etcetera. In the third form I need to know emotional and physical events that have happened to you from birth to now. As disease doesn't just happen but has been developing over time.
Once I receive all forms back from you, I then analyze each one separately and together. My recommendations are based on these findings.
The next step is for you to come into my office where I discuss my findings with you. This is also an opportunity for you to let me know what is happening in your life both physically and mentally. I will go over my recommendations and answer any questions you might have.This appointment generally lasts about 90 minutes.
At the end of the appointment you will receive a folder with my findings, recommendations, a one-week menu with recipes and any other information I feel you need.
