Step 1: Whip That Hair Back and Forth

Is your hair feeling overworked and unloved? Show it some much needed attention by indulging in an easy, inexpensive DIY hair mask that will leave your locks luxurious in minutes. Hair mask can be made with simple ingredients like egg yolk, mayonnaise, coconut oil, and honey. To find a hair mask that fits your specific hair type, check out these 5 DIY masks:

Step 2: All About That Face

With cooler air comes dryer skin, oh the joys of winter. So treat yourself to some pampering with all the benefits of a spa-worthy facial, without breaking the bank. First, cleanse the skin with a natural product, such as “Naturally” Rose Infused Cleansing Lotion by Harmony in Health (HIH). Next, exfoliate the dead skin with a natural paste, such as baking soda and water. Follow up with some much-needed moisture by applying HIH’s “Naturally” Enriched Face Cream. Your skin will be left soft and supple and thank you immensely!

Step 3: Brush, Brush, Brush, Brush, Brush

If you have never been indoctrinated into the world of dry brushing, allow me to welcome you with open arms. Dry brushing is a magical method that stimulates your lymph system, improves digestion and kidney function, increases circulation, and reduces cellulite all while exfoliating the skin and leaving it silky smooth. Dry brushing is easy. You may already have one on hand, or you can purchase one inexpensively from your nearest drug store. Hold the brush in one hand and move it firmly over the skin in a circular motion. Always move the brush towards your heart. Start at your feet and make small circles around your feet and ankles, moving upwards towards your heart. When you get to your neck and chest, move downwards towards the heart. You can cover your whole body in about 10 minutes, paying more attention to harder, drier areas such as your knees and elbows.

Step 4: These Feet Were Made For Walking

Tired feet? Give them a break by enjoying a relaxing foot soak using HIH’s “Naturally” Dead Sea & Epsom Salt Bath Crystals. Add 2-4 tablespoons of the salt mixture to a basin of warm water and soak your feet. You may also add essential oils, such as eucalyptus or lavender, for added relaxation. Soak for no longer than 15 minutes. To pamper your feet even more, massage HIH’s “Naturally” Hand & Foot Cream into your feet. Then slip your feet into some cotton socks to ensure all that cream is absorbed.

There you have it folks, 4 easy ways to pamper yourself from the comforts of your own home.
