Nutritional Analysis and Counseling

A nutritional analysis is done to determine any imbalances or deficiencies a person may have, this is generally the start of disease. I begin this process by sending you three forms via the computer. You then fill them all out on the computer, save them to a file and return them to me as an attachment in an e-mail.

The first form comprises of 345 symptoms. You grade each symptom from 0-5, zero meaning you never get it and five meaning you get it all the time or severely. The next form is a Lifestyle Assessment form. In this form you are asked questions pertaining to your health concerns, stress, foods you eat, hereditary factors, exercise regime etcetera. In the third form I need to know emotional and physical events that have happened to you from birth to now. As disease doesn't just happen but has been developing over time.

Once I receive all forms back from you, I then analyze each one separately and together. My recommendations are based on these findings.

The next step is for you to come into my office where I discuss my findings with you. This is also an opportunity for you to let me know what is happening in your life both physically and mentally. I will go over my recommendations and answer any questions you might have. This appointment generally lasts about 90 minutes.

At the end of the appointment you will receive a folder with my findings, recommendations, a one-week menu with recipes and any other information I feel you need.

The very best way to make sure you get enough micro-nutrients is by eating 8-13 servings of a variety fruits and vegetables every day!! That's why I recommend Juice Plus to all my clients. Juice Plus helps to bridge the gap between what you should be eating and what you are eating. Please visit my web-site for more information on this amazing food product.

The cost for this initial visit is $175.00
Follow up visits are $60.00 for 30 minutes.

She has an incredible amount of knowledge and expertise and was able to explain enough of the science behind the steps I was taking to make me understand how important they each were, as well as how they would work within my body. Through Jaye’s guidance, my energy level is back and my diet has improved.  I’m very happy to have found Jaye. She has helped me to achieve my health goals.
